
Tina Davis (Mono) brings over nineteen years of experience with the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency, serving in both Region 5 and Region 9. Her tenure in Region 5 included key roles in the Great Lakes National Program Office and the Office of the Regional Administrator focused on Tribal affairs, policy analysis, training, and grants management. In Region 9, Tina served as a Tribal Liaison and Project Officer, and led the Tribal Solid Waste and Pollution Prevention Program as Team Leader and Regional Coordinator across all ten EPA regions.
In addition to her federal service, Tina spent five years as Director of the Tribal Environmental and Natural Resources Department for Cold Springs Rancheria. There, she led capacity building, code development, grants management, and coordinated outreach across community and intergovernmental partners.
As a Tribal citizen of North Fork Rancheria, Tina's expertise spans Tribal consultation and engagement, environmental justice, and systems-based approaches that support sustainable, equitable outcomes.
